Tom Joerger

Tom transitioned to construction from an extensive finance background, bringing a wealth of experience that encourages progress and development. Tom is a graduate of Benedictine College with a B.A. and MBA in Business Administration, along with over 13 years of experience across operations, software implementation and support, print and digital marketing, project management, consulting, process improvement, and international business. Focused on driving organizational growth and success through optimization, strategy, and process improvement, is what he does best. Originally from Minnesota, Tom enjoys any opportunity to head North. When he cannot get up North, he enjoys house projects, golfing, hunting, and spending time with his family.
