Meet Joel. A quiet presence with a welcoming demeanor and hard worker, Joel Franco comes to us as a Master Plumber with over 20 years of plumbing experience.  Joel and his wife Lucy reside on a farm in Tonganoxie, Kansas along with their two children. If Joel is not working, he is either with the family or feeding horses. Joels Favorite quote is “If you work, it will work.”
