Will Conway

Want to know a “been there and done that” kind of person? Meet Will. Not only did he and his wife travel around the world on their honeymoon, Will also worked as a traveling Superintendent for 8 years across 6 states.  Will received his B.S. in Construction Management from Pitt State and after returning to the Midwest has continued to develop those skills as the Director of Operations at Blue River Plumbing. Taking projects from beginning to end and working through challenges along the way is what he does best. When he’s not coordinating work projects or traveling, you can spot him working on projects on the family farm and taking care of their two pet pigs.
