What You Bring:

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a related role.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA and ASHA 10) preferred.

  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex systems.

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Strong communication skills. Ability to update superintendents and/or Project Managers of progress.

  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

What You'll Do:

  • Install, maintain, and repair commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including rooftop units and split systems.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime for clients.

  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on commercial systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.

  • Collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades on large-scale construction and renovation projects.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and system schematics.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards on every job.

  • Maintain detailed service records, including parts used, labor hours, and recommendations for future repairs or upgrades and warranties.
